Our story

EverythingData began with a common challenge Phil faced during his marketing career. While using Looker Studio to create reports for clients and executives, Phil found that many data connectors were either overpriced or only integrated with limited channels like Bing and Google Ads. He needed a solution that connected the full range of marketing channels and tech stacks, including Salesforce and HubSpot, to give him complete visibility of the marketing funnel from top to bottom. This would allow him to track key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition costs, and cost per acquisition while also providing end-to-end reporting of the customer lifecycle.

Enter Francis Triarhos, an experienced data engineer with over two decades of data architecture and business intelligence expertise. Combining Phil’s marketing insights and Francis’s technical knowledge, they collaborated to create EverythingData. Their goal was simple: to develop high-quality, affordable connectors that provide marketers with comprehensive visibility across their entire marketing ecosystem—without the hidden costs or limitations that other platforms impose.

Co-Founder

With 25 years of experience in data architecture and integration, Francis has built his career transforming complex data into actionable insights. He worked as a data engineer at a major tech company for over 15 years, bringing deep expertise in business intelligence and data systems. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Computer Science, Francis is passionate about designing scalable, efficient solutions that help businesses fully leverage the power of their data.

Phil Livin

Co-Founder

Phil has over 15 years of experience in marketing, having worked both at a marketing agency and as the Director of Marketing at a leading SaaS company. With a deep understanding of business growth drivers, Phil studied marketing at Toronto Metropolitan University and McMaster University. His expertise in marketing strategy has significantly influenced EverythingData’s approach to determining which connectors to prioritize, ensuring that they align with market demand and provide the most valuable data to users.
