The Instagram Insights connector pulls your organic content performance data into your dashboards. Track followers, impressions, reach, engagement, stories, and reels metrics in real time.
Requirements
- ✓An Instagram Business or Creator account
- ✓The Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Business Page
- ✓Admin access to the connected Facebook Page
- ✓An EverythingData account
Setup steps
Log in to EverythingData
Go to dashboard.everythingdata.io and log in or create your free account.
Add a new connector
Click 'Add Connector' and select Instagram from the list.
Authenticate with Facebook
Instagram connects via Facebook — grant the required permissions.
Select your Instagram account
Choose which Instagram Business account to connect.
Choose your destination
Select Looker Studio, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
Start reporting
Your Instagram data will sync automatically.

ℹInstagram Insights requires a Business or Creator account — personal accounts are not supported.
