Jira documentation
The Jira Cloud integration with EverythingData enables you to analyze project management metrics directly from your Jira Cloud account, providing insights into project issues, workflows, and team performance. By connecting Jira Cloud to EverythingData, you can track metrics such as issue resolution time, backlog trends, team workload, and sprint completion rates. This integration helps you create custom dashboards and automated reports, empowering you to optimize team productivity, improve project efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Jira Cloud to EverythingData, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Jira Cloud account with admin access: You must have administrative access to the Jira Cloud account you want to connect. Admin access ensures EverythingData can retrieve all relevant project data for reporting.
- Permissions: Confirm that your Jira account has the necessary permissions to access specific projects, issues, and workflow data you want to analyze. If you manage multiple projects, verify permissions for each project.
- Active projects with recent data: Ensure the Jira projects you wish to connect are active and have recent activity to provide meaningful data. Projects without recent updates may not yield valuable insights.
