Steps to Connect YouTube Analytics with EverythingData
Step 1: Log in to EverythingData
- Visit EverythingData’s website and log in with your credentials.
- If you’re new to EverythingData, create an account and complete the onboarding process.
Step 2: Navigate to the Connections Section
- Access the Connections tab in the EverythingData dashboard.
- Click Add Data Source to see a list of supported platforms.
Step 3: Select YouTube Analytics as the Data Source
- From the list, choose YouTube Analytics.
- A prompt will appear to authenticate your YouTube account.
Step 4: Authenticate with YouTube
- Log in to your YouTube account using your credentials.
- Grant EverythingData the required permissions to access your YouTube Analytics data. Permissions may include:

- Confirm the connection, and YouTube Analytics will be added to your data sources in EverythingData.
Step 5: Configure Your Data
- Once connected, select the datasets and metrics you wish to import. Available options include:

- Audience Metrics (Demographics, Locations, Devices)
- Revenue Metrics (Estimated Revenue, CPM, Monetized Playbacks)
- Apply filters to focus on specific videos, date ranges, or audience segments.
Step 6: Add YouTube Analytics Data to Looker Studio
- Open Looker Studio and log in.
- Create a New Report or open an existing one.
- Click Add Data, then search for and select the EverythingData Connector.
- Choose your YouTube Analytics data source and configure the fields to include in your report.
Step 7: Customize and Share Your Report
- Use Looker Studio’s tools to design a visually appealing report.
- Add charts, graphs, and filters to analyze your YouTube data effectively.
- Save your report and share it with team members or stakeholders as needed.
